I was fortunate to have lived 3 doors up from Charmian in Glenholm as a child where I formed and still maintain a close friendship with Andrew,Catherine and Emma. I spent a significant amount of my time at the Patton household and was always made to feel so welcome. I have so many treasured memories some of which include the Good News Club, overnight stays with Catherine, playing charades at Christmas with the extended family not to mention the endless meals I enjoyed. I adored spending time there, the warmth and love that filled that home was incredible and I'm grateful that I was frequently made to feel part of it....but that was Charmian a true warm, loving, caring and giving person.
